Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Bees Knees Spicy Honey

Instructions:

  1. In a medium saucepan, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, cocoa powder, and salt.
  2. Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture comes to a simmer.
  3. Remove from the heat and stir in the Bees Knees Spicy Honey.
  4. Pour the pudding into individual serving cups or bowls.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients:

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1/2 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Trees Knees Spicy Maple

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, pepper, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and red onion.
  3. Toss to coat.
  4. Spread the vegetables in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and slightly browned.
  6. Drizzle with Trees Knees Spicy Maple before serving.

Spicy Maple Sage Daiquiri

Ingredients:

  • 2 ounces white rum
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/4 ounce Trees Knees Spicy Maple
  • 1/4 ounce fresh sage leaves
  • 1/2 cup crushed ice

Instructions:

  1. Muddle the sage leaves in the bottom of a shaker.
  2. Add the rum, lime juice, simple syrup, and Trees Knees Spicy Maple.
  3. Fill the shaker with crushed ice.
  4. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
  5. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  6. Garnish with a fresh sage leaf.

Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, butter, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the eggs to the skillet and cook, stirring constantly, until they are scrambled and cooked through.
  4. Stir in the Weak Knees Gochujang Sriracha.
  5. Serve immediately.
