A Soak Day. A day for you to Soak

In recent years, there has been a growing trend of people setting aside one day each week to focus on self-care. I call it "Soak Day."

A Soak Day is a time for people to relax and de-stress from the week's activities. It is a time to pamper themselves and do things that make them happy. A time to SOAK IT ALL IN- live life and enjoy the space you are in.

There are many different ways to practice self-care. Some people enjoy taking baths, while others prefer to get massages or facials. Some people like to read or listen to music, while others prefer to spend time in nature.

There is no right or wrong way to practice self-care, and there is no wrong day to do it! I work on Sunday so my selfcare day is maybe a Monday or a Tuesday.

The most important thing is to find what works best for you and to make time for it each week.
